1.After joining the student will have to pay one month advance and one month/s security rent.

2.the security amount will not be refundable & no discount, if the tenant leaves the house in between without giving
   notice of atleast one month before the joining date.

3. If the tenant stay after joining the house the rent will be charged  for the whole month and not be refundable & no
    discount in any case.

4.Electricity bill be paid by the tenant on room sharing basis.

5.Smoking and drinking is prohibited in house premises. If tenant found drunk and misbehave in any reason, he/she have 
   to the leave the PG immediately without refund.

6.Other person will not be allowed except parent.

7.If tenant stay after the end of month, the rent will be charged for the whole month.

8.The owner will not responsible for the theft of any valuable like Laptop, mobile phone, purse, money etc. PG owner 
   is not responsible for any loss of health or wealth.

9.Rs. 500/- will charged for registration purpose, it must be paid in the starting itself

10.you will bring your own bed sheet, pillow and lunch box and blanket.

11.Our staff will be on holiday for 8 days (Republic day , Holi , Independence Day , Raksha Bandhan , Labour  Day . 2nd
     October , Dushahra & Diwali).

12.If any dispute arises between the owner & tenant the same will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

13.Whichever the tenants give the rent, they can stay on their beds, they can not place their friend or relatives in their
     Place.
