After joining, the student/tenant must pay one month’s advance rent and one month’s security deposit.

The security amount will not be refundable and no discount will be provided if the tenant leaves the house without giving at least one month’s prior notice from the joining date.

Once the tenant joins, the rent for the entire month will be charged. Rent will not be refunded or discounted in any case.

Electricity charges shall be paid by the tenant on a room-sharing basis.

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited on the premises. If any tenant is found intoxicated or misbehaving for any reason, he/she will have to leave the PG immediately without any refund.

No visitors are allowed except parents.

If the tenant stays even one day beyond the end of the month, rent for the full month will be charged.

The owner will not be responsible for the theft or loss of any valuable items such as laptops, mobile phones, purses, money, etc. The PG owner is not responsible for any loss of health or wealth.

A registration fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged and must be paid at the time of joining.

Tenants must bring their own bedsheet, pillow, blanket, and lunch box.

PG staff will be on holiday for 8 days: Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Labour Day, 2nd October, Dussehra, and Diwali.

In case of any dispute between the owner and the tenant, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

Tenants may stay only on the beds allotted to them. They are not allowed to let friends or relatives stay in their place.
